Hoisin rolls

 

These exotic spring rolls are perfect as an appetizer or a light lunch for two. The tasty rolls and dipping sauce are easy to make, and kids are sure to enjoy

 

 

Ingredients

 

Rice papers

Leek

Roast chicken

Hoisin, chinese sauce

Cucumber

 

Directions

 

 Put a sheet of rice paper in lukewarm water  until it goes soft and pliable

Peel cucmber

Then cut cucumber,leek,and chicken  into pieces roughly the same size.

Spread hoisin sauce on all rice paper surface

Fill at edge of rice paper

Roll from bottom to encase filling

Flip sides of wrapper in over filling

Finish rolling up firmly
