Yogurt bread
Ingredients
Semolina
Flour
Active yeast
Plain yogurt
Salt
Directions
Mix yeast,sugar and lukewarm water
Add yogurt and mix
Add semolina and flour
Add salt
Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes
Leave to rise for one hour at room temperature
Leave to rise for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 250ºC,before placing the bread in for baking
After 15-20 minutes,it would be done
